Passports and visas
Everyone in your party will need a FULL and VALID passport, Visas are also required by British Citizens for a number of our destinations and a charge may be applicable. If you have any questions please contact the British Passport Office on 0300 222 0000 or www.ips.gov.uk.
Visa information, costs and ‘how to apply’ details vary between destinations but can be obtained from the consulate or embassy of the country you are visiting. We recommend you do this as quickly as possible as visas can take some time to be processed. It’s your responsibility to ensure that you have the relevant and up to date documentation for your chosen destination. Please check with the relevant Foreign Embassy if you are unsure. Please note: Under certain circumstances (e.g. if you have a criminal record), you may require a Visa. Failure to obtain this may result in you being refused entry into your chosen destination. Please note: That Visa’s may carry an additional charge.

Health and hygiene standards vary around the world, as do vaccination requirements and other health precautions. It’s important to keep up to date with the health requirements of your chosen destination – after all, the last thing you want on holiday is to get ill!

• If visiting 2 countries for which Yellow Fever immunisation is recommended, it may become mandatory for you to have this vaccination

Travel Insurance
If you want peace of mind on holiday, you need travel insurance. Check the small print to ensure you’re fully covered, particularly if you have a pre-existing medical condition or are participating in any sports or activities. Travel insurance must be purchased prior to your departure from the UK. Most countries outside of the EU don’t have reciprocal health agreements with the UK so good quality travel insurance is essenial. If you are in any doubt regarding your travel insurance, simply call your insurance provider before departure to check the finer details.
